Refund & Cancellations
Refunds and Returns Policy
We do not offer Refunds or Returns on our products as they are handcrafted to order and made specifically for each customer. This also applies to any deadlines, issues with construction times, or Buyer's Remorse. We are not responsible for events, or their time frames though we do try our best to accommodate customers. Should there be an issue with the product's function and it is covered under our warranty, we will be glad to service or replace the product at our discretion. In the event that we accidentally ship you the wrong item, of course, we will take care of getting you the item you ordered and take care of all shipping charges incurred in making it right. If the buyer returns a product to ourselves with or without our consent and has been shipped with the incorrect address details, this is out of our hands and would need to be taken up with the courier.
Returns must not be sent back without prior communication from galactic sabers UK. Returns within 30 days are only accepted if the lightsaber is unused, undamaged and not taken out of the packaging ( including the shipping box it arrived in )
We will gladly accept cancellations on your order. However, this must be provided within 24 hours of purchase.
This is due to the nature of these custom made lightsabers. After 24 hours have passed, we are likely to have already started your order. If notified after 24 hours. we may be able to cancel the order still but this may incur a 10% fee depending on what work has been done.
Change order Policy
Any such request to change a current order to a different saber and not notified within 24 hours may incur a fee at our own discretion.
